A native of Prince George’s County and a project manager in Washington D.C., Pam Chan has over fifteen years of combined budgeting, production, and screenwriting experience. As far back as she can remember, she was always in love with the art of television. Pam would request SNL over Sesame Street and rewrite episodes of her favorite shows in her trapper keeper. After several years of producing college news and features, Pam received her first writing break as a freelancer on Tyler Perry’s House of Payne. Since then, Pamela has created several original tv shows, including Courageous Kat, and focuses on developing diverse characters that speak to the hero in everyone. When Pam is not writing, she is advising clients on successful financial management and budgeting processes.
